Robert Lewandowski stars as Bayern THRASHES Cologne 5-1 | ESPN FC Bundesliga Highlights

Bayern Munich bounces back from last week’s defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt by thrashing FC Cologne 5-1 at the Allianz Arena. Robert Lewandowksi scores his 27th and 28th league goals of the season, with Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and a Serge Gnabry brace also getting in on the action. The win sees Bayern extend their lead at the top of the table to seven points ahead of their big game next week vs. Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker.

  1. without Lewandowski, Bayern would be just another great team. Lewandowski makes them World Champions like Ronaldo made Real Madrid….eg.. look at Sane, individually he has incredible skills, yet Manchester C. under Pep couldn't bring it up in him or Goretzka ? if he played in any other team, he would be just another average 6 pack Joe midfielder, with great skills but without winner mentality and drive…Lewandowski is for these guys like a row model with his work ethics, skills and motivations and this is not what I say, but what was said by Jurgen Klop and Pep Guardiola long time ago, two most successful trainers, For that reason, whenever there were offers on the table, ranging between 150-200 million euros to buy Lewangoalski, the Bayern's answer was always the same, "he was not for sale" and that was in 2016-2017 time frame ….that's makes you think, what Lewandowski really means to Bayern, doesn't it?

  2. This exactly why upamecano will become vital, because Alaba and Boateng simply aren't up to the task anymore at Center Back. Neither can play there for Bayern anymore, they're too easily beaten

  3. This match exposed super-youth Jamal Musiala's lack of strength and heft. On multiple occasions, the kid was simply pushed off the ball by stronger, more mature players.

  4. espn fc why are u guys always telling the out come of the game in the title like get some tipps from nbcc they let us experience the highlights like they are actual games could u stop telling us what the outcome is and just post the highlights also the thumbnail stop posting pictures of the happy faces from the team that won just be neutral and let us find out by watching like if u agree
