  1. Having a tough loss, then having struggles & still pull out a gutsy rivalry win…Hell Yeah that was a great win.

RR may have been conservative & predictable in the play calling, but if we was in the exact same situation with NB as HC we'd never overcame that 10point deficit & probably have lost by more than 10.

This win does not a season make & its obvious we still have ALOT of improving to do, but after this game, it feels like Mountaineer Football is finally Mountaineer Football again

  2. Pitt was dirty. The refs ended 1st half on a personal foul call on our QB, which should have set up a field goal try. Bad timely calls by ACC refs in important situations. The personal foul call on Holstein after he was sacked was pathetic. Refs like that need to be FIRED. They clearly conspired to fix the game for Pitt. Also, the fake injuries actually helped WVU. Thank Pitt for the awful coaching job and a spectacular comeback win for WVU and the big 12. ACC is a pathetic joke and they are counting on cheating to win. ACC just needs to go away.

  3. I swear I donโ€™t get it. 6 or 7 times a player for Pitt was carried off the field. 6 or 7 times they were back in 1 or 2 plays later. The ncaa adopted a rule that the ref could penalize a team if they faked injury. How much more proof did you need? ACC refs? Probably. They adopted a rule Texas directly aimed at WVU for horns down and had no issue throwing flags for that. Iโ€™ll be curious to see as the season progresses just how many times the fake injury is called. Players tend to fall out of good shape as the season goes on and our tempo will surely play a factor in just how many fame injuries we will see
