š¤Æš±š¤¬Jason makes a great point that they had to interview so many coaches per NFL rules,however they already knew they would hire Minter all along.The fact that they didnāt even give Sean McDermott an interview is mind blowing! š¤Æ He was the only coach left to bring the defense back to Baltimore.. The teams that wanted a premier coach,paid the big $$$$ go get who their guy early! The Ravens just twittled their thumbs just like they do in the off season & free agency!!! Forget about even a thought that they might get max Crosby. Decosta & Sashi donāt have the balls to pull the trigger on the deal..Get ready for four more years of subpar success!
Iām the same way, Iām excited about minter but thereās no grace, thereās no redshirt year, no excuse. If we are not in the afccg this year he failed. The reason is that they didnāt do their due diligence and didnāt not interview all the coaches evenly. I think Steve let edc and sashi hire their guy like he said he would. For edc and sashi sake it better work cuz Steve gave them enough rope to hang themselves.

Jason, it doesn't matter! The Ravens got the guy they wanted, they had the interviews spoke to who they wanted to talk to, Minter's the new HC. The key factor in determining the Ravens success moving forward will be how he builds his staff: OC, DC, etc….and how they work together to get the best out of this team.
