  1. This was a classic trap game for leverkusen and they prevailed they must go on to win it! Xavi is also a world breaking talent need him at the Emirates next year πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

  2. Why is there such a push to call Simons β€œXavi”? Why does the media and Leipzig call him by his first name? Is he simply that self absorbed that he wants to copy an all time great? He’s not Spaniard, Portuguese, or Brazilian where it’s common to refer to players by their first name, so this isn’t a common cultural practice. It doesn’t make any sense to me and it annoys me that this player is getting such special and arbitrary treatment.

  3. Xabi Alonso has them playing so well, so structured but still fluid and loose. And even when they go down they don't give up. This is a team that truly believe they can win the league and I think will. These are the types of wins that champions get. This is no fluke.

  4. Leverkusen have been unstoppable. Their belief in their ability to win is what champions are made of. Excited to see how they do the rest of this season.

  5. Bundesliga is the most slept on league. Even if the quality isn't as good outside of the top 5 teams, the games are always entertaining.
