Gio Reyna opened the scoring for the United States and Christian Pulisic delivered the dagger with a second-half penalty shot goal in a 2-1 friendly win vs. Northern Ireland on Sunday morning. It was the first win for the U.S. over a European team on European soil since 2015.

Until they get rid of that useless piece of garbage berhalter they will always be pretenders… Imagine thinking a guy who was a trash manager in a low level league like the MLS is good enough to manage a WC team and even pretend to have a shot. Both US goals were fortunate. One was a deflection and the other was a penalty really close to the keeper that could have been saved.

Everyone wants Reyna to be a superstar and he may at one point. But if you have watched his current career he has much to learn and will in time but he isn't near a star at this age
After the embarrassment of missing the 2018 World Cup, looks like the team is right on track again. They can't let that happen twice in a row. The USA needs to be represented on the grand stage. They have too much talent not to be there.

Pretty bad highlights. I heard some people saying pulisic was unbelievable and I wanted to see that. All I got was a pretty badly taken penalty. Then again I feel like it should be a given that a truly great player will look awesome up against a small team like northern ireland. the real question is, will he be any games of against a good team.
