  1. I tried Brazilian Ju Jitsu and broke my ribs. I waited 8 weeks and went back, irritated the injury, I waited 9 weeks and went back. Trained for a month and fell in love with it before reinjuring my rib.

    So I’m out for a good while. However, on the last day I somehow injured my knee. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it or what happened to it. But the idea of a long recovery makes me furious. Why is it so hard to train without severely injuring my body so often…

  2. I dislocated my knee cap and it stoped hurting then I played a game and now below my knee hurts so I came here and this did not help lol

  4. I had a knee injury 3.5 years ago. After years of physical therapy, tons of self discipline, lots of prp injections that i think were somewhat necessary and tons of more work the list is very long, I’ve miraculously recovered without surgery. It requires tons of work, but a certain person CAN do this. You can beat it. Don’t give up.
