  1. i feel like mendes and hakimi will be the most important players because they both are very fast, can defend, and can attack which is why they might be able to counter attack inters style of play

  2. The number 1 rule to win the UCL, knockout Barcelona or Real Madrid, if you reach the final without knocking out any of these two clubs then the trophy isn't yours

  3. Hot take: PSG will not be a difficult opponent for Inter and heres why. I will give you an analysis because these pundits clearly cannot

PSG barca arsenal and bayern all have similar attacking qualities and like to keep possession but inter still beat them so clearly inter is doing something that works. PSG will not trouble inter that much because everyone in psg likes having the ball. 1. Vitinha and Neves are good technically so they will keep the ball but they dont make runs in behind inter's deep defence so theres no threat unlike ferran 2nd goal in 1st leg and olmo 2nd goal in 2nd leg. Same thing, their 3 wingers are skillful and all like to have the ball at their feet so inter will sit deep and happily let them do their tricks but none of them will cross in the end since theres no CF

The only thing that I would say though, is that Inter should be concerned about the full backs Hakimi and Mendes. Personally, these 2 are the difference makers because they do the runs that are harder to track – they add the extra man. Otherwise, the only way to pick the defence apart is if someone scores from range like fabian ruiz, or someone like yamal goes on to beat 2-3 defs, but is very difficult cos there is little space between the midfield and defence lines.

Ironically, leverkusen and atletico are tougher opponents because they have similar systems and will mirror inter, making it come down to personal battles instead. And guess what, inter rarely lost but the last 2 teams inter lost to in UCL are in fact these 2 teams

  4. There's this misconception that PSG got better after Mbappe but they didn't though. They struggled through the group stages, because they lacked the clinical edge in many games. This year they have improved massively. And they signed Kvicha while Dembele and Doue have raised their game since January. That's why they're here. They already got to a final with Mbappe there and a semifinal they should have won against Dortmund just last season.
