Ask yourselves, if this guy was Harry Kane level and not bench warming in the championship level, would he still have chosen Ireland. The answer is of course he wouldn't, he'd be playing for England, thats obvious. He obviously just got told that he has basically zero chance of ever playing for England and that if he wants international football he'l have to go to Ireland. FAI have ruined football in this country
Listen if an englishman with some sort of irish background who can't get in to the english senior side comes in and fully commits to the cause, that should be good enough.
