Love John but he does need some guidance on his verbal communication skillshis constant ah look ah listen is very annoying just my opinion, I know some will say it doesn't matter but to me its a bit amateurish, just an opinion, when someone says to you "ah listen" it can be insulting as it implies you are not listening.
