Everyone saying positive, good energy etc. This energy needs taking on the pitch. 90 minutes, take away the 30 minutes the ball is out of play, leaving 60 minutes ball is active, with an average of 2 minutes of ball per each player, so make good use of it and the 58 plus added time make sure to be contributing.
