Hi Brittany, I’m a goalkeeper I play EDP D1 and ODP and I hope to play in the NWSL one day just like you. I have a question though. Every single game that I play if my team is winning by any number – 0 and I'm about to have a shut out because it’s nearing the end of the game I always think like oh my gosh I’m gonna have a shut out but then I get scared and then five minutes before the game ends or a little while before the game ends I always get scored on. Do you have any tips on how to get these negative thoughts out of my head during games?
As a gk your dive position is not good you need to stretch try to make your upper body go up your reflexes/diving speed/ is to slow please improve that also
