This is not fair. FIFA should be more human. The better solution is to win by two points (at least) not just by one. I mean if shoot out ends by 5:4 then they must continue until there is 6:4 or 7:5 or whatever. This is too hard for a player that misses. This is going to ruin young players life. Everybody will remember him as a failure, the whole nation will be against him and for that matter the whole history. This should never be.
