Commentators know nothing about football. They talk about “arm” or “top of the shoulder” on the second gol for Belgium.
The goal was annulled because there was either a foul on the goalie or an offside of the player hitting with her shoulder.

Portugal needs to learn how to pass
Belgium are the biggest 'what-if' for me in this tournament. They are probably the second best team in Group B, but they played so timidly and defensively against Italy. Not sure if that was a tactical decision or what, but it cost them their tournament in the end. Going into a group where you are probably going to lose to Spain and probably going to beat Portugal, you NEED to go for it against Italy and try and get three points there.

9:46 – I don't get why that goal was disallowed for offside. You can't be offside from a defender's (in this case, the keeper's) deliberate action. And when no. 20 took the shot, no. 4 (the goal scorer) was clearly not offside. Bizarre!
