  1. Don't know why people are talking about Morata so much when he didn't do 1/3 for Portugal of what Gonçalo Inacio did for Spain… not even what the referee did for spain..

  2. I would not be so sure that any games will be played in the United States in one year. Dont be surprised if the games are pulled and placed in Canada in Mexico.

  3. IF Spain had won it, Barca fans would be calling it a major trophy… Lamine for the Balon D'or blah blah. Guess what, you saw how much it meant to the French, German, Spanish and Portuguese players… this has become a major trophy now… plus give the Balon D'or to Mendes… he deserved it on the performance last night alone… let alone what he did in the UCL

  4. Anyone saying that the Nations League is a Mickey Mouse Cup has 0 Ball knowledge!! This edition of the Nations League has become highly competitive… especially with all the Balon D'or talk.

The Uefa Nations IS harder to win than Copa America!!
Look at the teams Portugal faced: Croatia, Poland, Scotland, Denmark, Germany and Spain versus the teams Argentina faced: Canada, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Colombia.

Even the finalists, Spain had a tougher route… Denmark, Serbia, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Portugal!
And France had to face off with Israel, Italy, Belgium, Croatia and then Spain.

CR-GOAT is still doing it at the HIGHEST level… and if he keeps it up then he deserves to be at the 2026WC!!!

  5. American media forget there's 22 players in a team not 1 player, they been hyping up Yamal for months just to get let down and show they have no idea about what they're talking about.

  6. The young man is allowed a bad game now and then. But what Spain need to address is defence. In particular the right full back position. If you're calling on Mingueza, a decent player, but not international class, then you have a problem. Porro is not much better. You need to find a solution. The manager needs to be questioned, certainly in regard to these two games. His substitutions in both games led to the opposition getting back into the game, when Spain were in control. Having said that, with a fit Rodri and Baldi, and with Cubarsi an option then I think Spain can look forward to the world cup positively!

  7. We’ve known all along that Ronaldo was capable…yes he is older and not the Ronaldo of his prime. I ask you name another player that had his longevity as a relevant player at this advanced age without any real injuries. Truly amazing. On a side note ESPN fc seemingly doing an about face right at this moment…

  8. A poetic postcard for our brothers… with love, pepper and a hint of Portuguese flute. 😜🎺🇵🇹

📮 Ronaldo Postcard No. 7-∞: "That time Portugal danced flamenco in reverse"

(with the official Seal of Eternal Friendship in the heart’s corner)

    Dear Spain,
with blazing sun and clapping castanets,
receive this postcard with active regrets.

It was on the field where fado played,
and our feet traced legacy, unafraid:
not war, but poetry in boots,
as Portugal danced with no broken notes or flukes.

They shouted “¡Olé!”… but in Portuguese!
With a “yes, yes” that made more from less with ease.
It wasn’t luck or fleeting weather,
but soul, and passion… and a true touch altogether.

And if today we win with unchained delight,
it’s because we carry in our feet the light
of those born between ocean and sky,
who learned to win with a kiss, not a cry…

But don’t be sad, friends of the sun,
here comes bread with chorizo and rock-and-run.
Because victory is not just a chorus to sing:
in the end, the humble heart is king.

With all respect and a heartfelt wink,
from those who write with nails and cinnamon ink.

    Signed,
Blumblebee 🫂 and the tiny country that fits inside a full embrace.😜🎺🇵🇹
To the Lusos with Roots of Portugal!!!
