As an Austrian, I just l laughed when you said Harry Kane is 31 and Solanke 27 and you need a young striker soon. We still play with Marko Arnautovic, who is 35 now, as our number 1 striker 😂 and we dont have a good replacement yet (maybe Junior Adamu) … there aren't high quality strikers in the U21 either. I'm really not that optimistic for the future… 😬

Szoboszlai might play in the 10 position, but he doesnt direct the play, his role is still similiar as last year which is to offer stability, and work his ass off on defense. The major playmakers of the team are Trent, Salah and Gakpo/Diaz.

Hows Duran getting on in the Bundesliga?
I told United fans not to get excited about Ugarte and I am being proved right. Ugarte is terrible in the 1st phase, has terrible game intelligence and has horrible tackle success rate. I told United they need a progressive passer from deep, a game controller and someone that can do the simple things well.
I also think Zirkzee is going to leave in January or summer.
Ten haag wanted gravenberch last season, however, mctominay to west ham broke down, hence why it didn't happen.
Urgate hasn't been fit as he didn't have a pre season etc, it's well documented, however, he was excellent last night. Zirkzee is what was expected, it's just that people clearly didn't/ don't understand the profile of player that he is.
No talk of Nicolas Jackson? Everyone was slating him for missing big chances and saying he is terrible. This season he has been very clinical and has 8 G/A in 8 games.

"The Chelsea player that is finally stepping up to the plate"……ehhhhh, he's actually been unreal for close to the last 12 months. Man had 5 shockers when he joined Chelsea and everyone just thinks he's been crap.
No, we aren't all in agreeing that Gravenberch has been number 1, then Caicedo has been number 2. It's actually the other way around, whether you want to use the eye test or statistical modelling, the answer is still Caicedo.
I don't think Gundogan's poor form has anything to do with the difference between La Liga and EPL. It's just that he played too much football last season

Gundo has been shocking. I keep telling folks that Gundo is just not the same anymore. He is taking Nunes’ spot. Nunes is inconsistent but looks exciting.

I think Szobo is a good Henderson replacement as a box to box, I don’t think he has enough final pass or shot ability to be the 10. Unfortunately Harvey Elliott is made of weetabix so it’s probably a position they need to look at strengthening in the summer.
