Last time I used the wildcard when I first saw it, it turned out to be a miatake as the old team would jad gotten more points that GW and later on I desperatly needed the card due to suspensions and injuries

Konsa is a bit of a duff pick Sam. Mukiele at 0.1m less is basically 50% more productive, much more involved in open play, when it comes to delivering crosses or a mad long throw, that may reap an assist here or there.
Konsa has 61 points in 20 games – 6 CS, 2 DC (10% of games) 0 goals 0 assists, 2 bonus points.
Mukiele has 92 points in 20 games – 6 CS, 10 DC (50% of games) 1 goal 2 assists, 8 bonus points.
He's just an inherently more influential FPL player.
I'd be ruthless and sack off another defender and get Rodon for 3.9. You're gonna want more money for flexibility in midfield/attack.
