Absolutely lopsided officiating no doubt, but we were the better team and had plenty of chances, in the end we lost because we didn’t take those chases. Also the nonsense on defense doesn’t need to be addressed bc I feel we all know what needs to change.

Willis had a big game. PK blocked and rebound saved. Blocked a wideopen Gazdag. And a powerful shot on goal at 1:46 and its outside the box. Joe has been giving up a lot of goals from outside the box. That's 3 possible goals. Philly could have won 4-3.

This referee crew lost control of the match within the first half. Some bookings should have been given out earlier for both teams to set the tone and to avoid the chaos that unfolded in the second half. Both VAR calls were rightly controversial given the type situation and contact between the players. Bad look for MLS.

I don't really disagree with the call for the Nashville pen, as Glesnes does get his arm onto Hany as well, which would nullify the sinple contesting for a header. However, the first VAR incident pretty clearly should have also been a penalty. Practically sweeps him and drags him off, and if you're going to the monitor it should always be overturned, since, as in this case, it's a clear and obvious error

As a nashville fan, this game was so robbed. The tackle by lovitz was a clear pen and the tackle on Mukhtar is pretty clearly not a pen. However, Philadelphia didn’t look at their best and we would’ve deserved the win.
