Cruz Azul played a very good game and were very entertaining to watch. That said, the ref was complete and utter crap. The Union were playing against 12 men last night and were lucky to get the draw. (I was there.) The ref missed at least one penalty in the box, and should have given CAZ at least 3 or 4 more yellows than they got. Shout out to the Cruz fans sitting around me who were fun to watch the game with. (Section 126)

Looked like an absolute battering from the highlights. It appears that Blake kept Philadelphia in it, but he could not come close to a single penalty. Very rare for Gazdag to miss from the spot, but it allowed the better side to win. Wish I could have watched, but I do not have an Apple product through which to download the Apple exclusive app.

This referee is a disgrace. The league and leagues cup should be ashamed for allowing this piece of trash ruin a game. Philly getting outplayed is one thing, but 2 missed pens and 7 missed yellows is another. Never let a Mexican be a ref in this competition again
