What player have they been watching over the past seven years?
It certainly isn't Marcus Rashford because he's been poor for the vast majority of that time and has been particularly awful for the last 13 months and counting.
Last season's goal tally is brought up as apparent evidence that he played brilliantly all last season but the truth is, although he got into the habit of scoring goals at times, in terms of performances, he was poor for all but a couple of games before the break for The World Cup, then played well for most of the next couple of months(mostly in cup games) but was terrible for the last two or three months of the season and has been even worse since.
I just don't know why some people cannot accept that the promising teenager just hasn't trained on and has been exposed as a very poor Premier League player.
He's basically Federico Macheda with good PR!

Typical utd lately, worked mega hard against Liverpool when they had everything in their favour, at home, a weeks rest against a team that had played on the Thursday, had played 30% less games in the same period as there opponents, we're being well beaten in normal time but got lucky and took it into extra time where Liverpool ran out of steam due to their much harder schedule. Then, play like this against a team close to relegation.

Jamie is right, two years into the project and we don’t have a play style. That’s on 10hag. Also, our lack of depth at LB, that’s on 10hag. If you watch United he’s been out coached almost every PL this year, even in some of our draws and wins.
It just doesn’t make a difference who the MANAGER is…it’s the players..time and again they get embarrassed year after year and it seems like they don’t care.

OMG, these lazy pundits. I have been hearing the same thing about Marcus for 6 years. I have been supporting Manchester United when Coppel was a winger. We have never had such an overrated player. Nani was miles better, Sharpe, Gillespie, Let aalone Giggs. And the biggest insult from these two is the notion Marcus’ smile on the face has something to do with anyone else but Marcus. Marcus was sulking under Ole, under Ralf and now ETH. We need to sell him while wecan and Bruno. Two biggest culprits to how we play for years.

We are tired of the excuses for Rashford. It has nothing to do with "enjoying his football". He simply isnt applying himself with ANY desire.
The lack of service into Hoijland is utterly criminal. Both Garna & Rashford are so damn greedy it's untrue. Start Antony & Amad as they they look for the striker more. Its absurd. Marcus Rashford is done at the top level. Output is extremely poor.

From neutral perspective, these “pundits” hardly know what they’re talking about because if they did they would’ve been managers themselves. But they don’t, so they get paid to yap nonsense all day.
Give Eric time, Brentford is a good team. So many top teams struggle against them including my team Arsenal. Man United are missing so many important players that can make a difference. For example, when Saliba got injured in March last year our title challenge was immediately over because he was a difference maker. Martinez is the same for Man United. Additionally, Eric is not done cleaning up the team. You can’t expect to challenge for title in 2 seasons with the same group of players. Give him time to get his to finish building his team before judging him. You won’t find a manager that will transform the whole club in a season or two.
Why is Rashford always getting the stick? No United's outfield player performed well yesterday. They couldn't hold possession for a minute, which has been the case for the better part of this season. Who's to blame in this kind of situation but coach? McTominay wouldn't start in midfield for any team in Top 10 but he always gets the nod ahead more technically gifted midfielders in Utd. Utd play horribly week in week out, zero tactics. It's obviously coach's fault. And for crying out loud, the coach can bench anyone that's not performing, including Rashford. That's his work.
