Why would you pay a QB 55 Mil a year to not use him like an elite quarterback? Embarrassing. This dude has always cared about his offense over letting the QB have freedom and the qb's ability to truly stay comfortable & locked in the entire game. Wanting Aaron Rodgers to "Just run the play" Its time you let the Quarterback you pay 55 million dollars a year – go be an Elite QB. Your offense doesn't/hasn't/and will never be greater than what the QB feels on the field. Peyton Manning and Tom brady. Brees and Rodgers. These guys had freedom, and that level of control made them monsters' week in and week out. We will never have another elite Quarterback under Matt Lafleur. The system he created and wants run, simply doesn't allow it.
