At the 1:20 mark you can clearly see that the penalty for handball against Tah was incorrect BS. Don't look at his arm, look at the ball. If the ball changes its direction then you know that something obstructed its flightpath which was not the case.
I rest my case.

Ich habe selbst Jahrzehnte Fussball gespielt. Für mich zwei unberechtigte Elfmeter. TAH wurde im Schulterbereich, obwohl er noch ne Bewegung macht um den Ball auszuweichen etwas duschiert. Ich habe gelernt wenn die Hand zum Ball geht ist es ein Elfmeter. Aber das ist hier nie und nimmer der Fall. Dann pfeift in Zukunft jede Handberrührung dann gibt es keine Diskussion mehr. Beim nächsten Elfmeter springen beide Hoch zum Ball, zum Hochspringen braucht man die Arme, beide machen die gleiche Bewegung. Kane springt höher und schneller und für das wird er bestraft weil er den Gegenspieler im Gesicht trifft. Springt einmal hoch ohne Arme, da kommt ihr nicht hoch. Wenn er es absichtlich getan hätte dann wäre gelb gerecht. Aber er springt nu zum Ball. Mittlerweile macht es keinen Spaß mehr Fussball zuzusehen. Der Moderator war auch noch pro Berlin eingestellt und ebenso der Schiri. Man will halt die Bayern verlieren sehen
