Hey guys, here is a great drill I use with all my college players that focuses on their quick thinking and passing accuracy. I modeled it after the Footbonaut machine that Borussia Dortmund uses with their players. There are a few different variations, but this one is my favorite. I have found that players really enjoy it!

Hey everyone! I’m a big believer that most of my individual sessions should be focused on technical aspects. In reality, it’s almost impossible to really incorporate tactical concepts because you can’t recreate game scenarios with a single player. But I do believe there are ways to put the player in similar situations while still focusing on mostly technical components. This exercise is a player favorite. They compete to get the highest score and they want to go again and again to continue improving. I hope you can take something out of it as well!
I like this a lot. Thank you!
