They are the best on the ball, but they do not have the necessary understanding of the game, such as the movement, the shape of the team in defense and attack, etc. In normal soccer, there's a whole lot more than just the skills. Look at Andy Carroll. He does not have the tekkers, but he is an established Prem player because he has the physicality, understanding and movement needed.
