  1. Ange was a great guy and he'll leave a legend, but you can't have one of the biggest payrolls in the league, national team and WC winning players in your squad and the best you can do with those resources is throw the league in January and spend an entire second half playing ugly defensive football to defend a 1-0 lead from a fluke goal. That's not a recipe for future success.

  2. It’s a terrible decision to move Ange on. All the momentum he has built at the club will be lost. Very sad day for the club and put a terrible burden on the new coach to find success quickly.

  3. A top-shelf manager like Thomas Frank shouldn’t take the job. Tottenham treats its managers poorly. Only a novice manager whose reputation won’t be tarnished by a sacking after a brief stint should sign on with Levy.

  4. The only reason Tottenham weren’t relegated was due to the newly promoted teams being absolute shite. In any other season, 22 losses means relegation.

  5. It not even about the managers anymore. 17 Managers in 21 seasons. The common problem is Levy, once he gone you watch Spurs will win something major.

  6. I don't even care about the spurs (neutral af in the prem) and I'm like wtf is happening. First coach to get them to lift a trophy in forever and two weeks later gets sacked?
