In Alvaro Arbeloa’s first game in charge of Real Madrid, the Spanish giants were knocked out of the Copa del Rey by second division Albacete. After Gonzalo Garcia had equalized for Madrid, Jefte Betancor scored a dramatic winning goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time, completing a 3-2 victory for the home side. Arbeloa was named Real manager after Xabi Alonso’s departure on Monday, took the pitch without forwards Kylian Mbappe and Rodrygo, and England midfielder Jude Bellingham at the Estadio Carlos Belmonte.

    This is NOT the Real Madrid Team, culture and Club i fell in love with many years ago. I am disgusted at what's happening and how Xabi was treated by some of the Players and the President.

    The Culture at Real Madrid and how the players perform is embarrassing. The culture starts at the top and flows down. The President has to be sacked and a new President voted in.
    I am very close to burning my Real Madrid jersey and washing the ashes down the toilet.

    This is the results of negligence bad decision of Florentino and his Board of Directors It’s an elephant announcing their stampid since last Champion 2023 struggling won . There are several players unprofessional , zero compromising with the objectives of the club Don’t work, don’t run, don’t follow the game, just focus at personal egos : Bellingham big disappointment eventhose he is smarter that most of the playmates, he shows zero efforts for the club just modeling, Vini just a player with lower roof to process fast information, too many emotional issues, very limited just Forza Bruta, like the basic limited Camavinga just few sparks now and then… No consistency Need To Clean the House None of the coach today can be able to do a miracle if Florentino go ahead and does specific changes, It will take more than 2 years : must begin using Canetera local player Spanish ones that grow and settle real compromise with Real Madrid along with few key players real , confirmed international cracks… first cleaning and Planning Yes Planning, no more improvising

    Here are the real facts.
    In 2024, Real Madrid recruited:

    – Mbappé
    – Mastantuono
    – Trent Alexander‑Arnold
    – Endrick

    Then:

    – Arda Güler was a substitute, and Xavi brought him to the forefront.
    – Xavi almost pushed Endrick out.
    – Trent gets injured in almost every match.
    – Carvajal gets injured very often.
    – Militão is injured far too frequently.
    – Vinicius has never scored many goals.
    – Bellingham was recruited in 2023, just one year before Mbappé.
    – Modrić left because of Xavi.

    The team only loses when Mbappé doesn’t play.

    If Alonso was sacked because of some stars, I hope they are happy. I think for the next years Real Madrid will keep losing. Valverde wants to play midfielder but he does not have what it takes. Him and his wife have in the head that he could be the next Kroos…I mention his wife because when he was offered the number 8, he said he asked his wife. Many think they are great cos they won several Champions but it's not thanks to them. All the architects are gone. Valverde, Vinicius, Mastantuono, Lunin, Bellingham, Rodrygo, Ceballos, Carreras, Alaba, Rudiger, Carvajal, Militao, Mendy, F. Garcia, Husjen, Camavinga = OUT. I would keep Courtois, Mbappe, Brahim, Arda Guler, Gonzalo, Tchouameni as pivot, Endrick only. I'll give Asencio y Trent a chance.

    nothing better than watching Vini cry and roll around on the ground after being fouled. I hope Xabi Alonso has his feet up, kicked back, with a drink in his hand, and a smile on his face that he's free of these petulant, entitled, childish, unprofessional players. Happy for Gonzalo, though. He had a really nice goal and I hope he continues to grow at Madrid. But Vini, Mbappe, and a few others need a hard dose of humility.

    There is no excuse for this loss. Madrid are just garbage and Perez is at fault for letting the players and their ego take over Madrid. Perez needs to leave and take his galacticos with him.
