If the referee commission really believes this is a penalty, then there would have 1 or more penalties by each match.
Also (a different story), I noticed that
. A referee gives Team A a soft penalty early of the match
. Right after, Team A deserves a penalty for a CLEAR HARSHER FAULT than the first one: most referees don’t want the news of the day and balance his mistakes to appease the league.
. If a referee gives a soft penalty early and the shooter misses his chance, the referee rarely gives a second penalty chance even though the second penalty was a clear foul.
Disgraceful refereeing, denied an obvious pen and then awarded a blatant flop. Refs just seem to hate Newcastle, be it the Prem, the UCL, or even pre-season
