I was at this game it was a lot of fun, soccer in person is better then on TV i felt the stadium shake
So this was the first time I went to an MLS game and ngl, the atmosphere was pretty poor. There was a small section playing drums and making all the noise, which wasn't even that loud, but everywhere else was basically so quiet that they ended up sounding loud. Otherwise, just a bunch of empty seats everywhere and a good portion of the fans weren't even in their seats watching and were just crowding in the concourse watching from above. I know there's gonna be a new stadium soon but idk if we will even have the people to fill these seats if there were so many empty seats in potentially the last match of the season and a must-win game against Cincinnati.

I think the small field suits NYC FC's 'handsy' style of play. Next game I think FCC needs their bigger offensive players in the game sooner to have a chance. Especially if the next ref is the same as last game's ref who was not calling most of the borderline stuff.
