  1. I've been playing my whole life. First off, quit saying excessive force, that's a silly term for futbol plays. Secondly, intent is what officials look for in decisions. That 2:00 play you said imo straight Rex, yeah you're wrong. He may have cleat clipped him but there was no ill intent. I would have tackled the same way and took the yellow and accepted my punishment. That in no reality was a red card. I respect your opinion but I don't think you've played soccer before. Good vid though. Thanks for your perspective.

  2. 1. Definitely a foul. Should’ve been given.
    2. It’s thigh not arm. No pen.
    3. Should’ve been a red. How wasn’t this given?
    4. Handball. Unfortunate tho.
    5. Not a first yellow. Nothing that can really be done then. Really stupid tho in the second incident. Doing that on a yellow? Ridiculous.
    6. He pretty much carries it into the net lol. Handball any day.
    7. Natural position for me but I don’t have a clear angle.
    8. Really silly from the defender. Definite penalty.

    Hope this helps!

I will do these comments from the start of next season people!

  3. You need to stop making a fool of yourself with your ridiculous statements about every other challenge being a red card. The red card is the last resort in disciplinary action. You are using it as a weapon and I sure hope you are not officiating soccer games because you are dangerous to do so. Why don't you switch to american football, I am sure you have a career there!!!

  4. I disagree with the disallowed goal in the Whitecaps vs Fire Match. To me it looks like the defender hip checks and pushes the forward against the post. I am not sure how the Fire player was expected to control his body when the defender hip checks him and does not play the ball.

  5. The referees are doing great since the restart. These videos seem to be much improved from last season as well. This is not the place to inject your hot-take opinions. Davies understands that 👍

  6. where are the situations from the toronto Game? Handball not given even tho it was a clear handball & the given PK that got overruled by the VAR into a Freekick -> shouldve been a sent off .. was the last defender, and akinola wouldve been 1v1 vs the Keeper…

  7. Did anything happen to the defender who dove on Agudelo's first yellow? Until FIFA starts punishing things like that harshly after the fact, diving will be rampant. And yes, it's tough because of subjectivity but we need to shift the mentality of players to actively trying to demonstrate control and the fact that they are not diving instead of looking to take any touch to win an oscar.

  8. So we are all in agreement, on handballs, “NaTurAl PosItiOn” means nothing anymore? You LITERALLY have to have ur hands beside u at all times, or risk having a handball called on you.

  9. Shoulda been a straight red in timbers vs LAFC. Similar to the Felipe challenge I think it was Kaye who went studs into a timbers players calf very late

  10. 2:48 the yellow is not for handling itself, it’s because the handball stopped a promising attack (shot on goal). However the commentator was actually correct on everything else in this video, which is rare for someone who isn’t a referee.
