It seems atl doesn't know the meaning of teamwork
Vrioni has seriously been on fire ever since the Vancouver game ๐ฎ
Good Stuff Vironi is getting consistent and Ravas is diving for the ball
this ref sucked
The new england have a patch fix for Vrioni right ?
Lol offsides from your own half?? Hire me as an official. ๐๐๐
Wow that Vrionil guy was really being furiously kickass!
rios is a good loan
Atlanta is now officially poverty after losing to a team that was in 14th place in the eastern confrence
Do you know when Atlanta un scored everybody on the stadium said boooo even me๐๐๐คฃ๐ญ๐ญ
Go Atlanta ๐๐๐
We canโt get a hattrick ๐7 years
Let's hope Atlanta United can win better on Saturday against Real Salt Lake
What a tough game with Atlanta United
Well fone New England Revolution! โค๐
ivacic+vrioni
How is that goal offside
You cannot be offside in your own half (defending side) of field. Goal should have stood.
How come the third goal was offside ๐ฎ, did the referee forget about the offside rules?
Needed that response after the CLB match, this team and Vrioni are finally clicking
That Ref didnโt want to call anything – but GG Atlanta!
Well, thatโs the way to respond to a thrashing at the weekend. Vrioni, have yourself a half. Two clinical finishes. The first one a lovely bit of skill, and the second a tidy volley set up by a great ball from Noel Buck. Probably should have had a hat trick if not for a couple of spurned chances and a marginal offside call. For those wondering, they said he was โleaningโ over the halfway line. Itโs frustrating for sure, but didnโt matter in the end. Ivacic as well, what a game. Unlucky to not have a clean sheet, but he had two massive saves to save a sleepy defense right before the half. A word of appreciation as well for Noel Buck with a beautiful ball to set up that second goal. I really hope that this run of games, however long it is without Carles Gil, shows Caleb Porter why he should be in the starting 11 every week. Speaking of someone who will be in the starting 11 every week, Dylan Borrero had a great 60+ tonight. Heโs still working his way back to top fitness to be able to put in a full 90, but he really gave Atlanta problems down the left. Our defense did look vulnerable at times, but it was much improved from the game against Columbus, and Dejuan and Henry Kessler in particular had good games. Again, a great three points and thatโs 5 wins in 6!
From an Atlanta point of view, itโs crazy to hear what the club is going through right now. Weโve certainly had our fair share of players leave for Europe / other countries, such as Petrovic, Turner, Buchanan, and Buksa, but not all at the same time! First Giakoumakis, then Almada (apparently), and maybe Wiley, plus a new coach, all in the same summer window. Wild. Hopefully they can get a good DP in and a few other players, because that amount of talent all leaving at the same time is insane.
