Why would you want to make a stadium for a team like Barcelona more quiet? I know it's from the outside, and locals might be more pleased, but if they already live in that area, they should be either used to the noise, or know what they're getting into. Just Seems like a weird thing to market as an 'Imrovement' IMO.
