this move is really had to do because you need to calculate the distance of your opponent and how fast you can react when he comes for it , its pretty risky yet worth it
All of this these skills are for situations where you are perfectly 1-on-1 with your opponent. I play pick up soccer and even there i will have 3-4 opponents surrounding me almost all the time. So yeah, not very applicable in daily life, just looks good in the video and for entertainment purposes only. LOL

This is hard to use. If you got pressed, there's no space. If the defender is far, it won't work unless the defender is a below average defender.
