  1. A lot of fishy calls in this tournament. Lets just hope the officials stick to precedent based on these calls if they repeat.

  2. The goal is offside because one of the Dutch players were in an offside position interfering with the goalie meaning the goalie couldn’t dive to even attempt to save the shot.

  3. I see comments arguing that offside and interfering with play is completely objective and takes no circumstance into account. If that were the case then yes he is obviously offside, but the mitigating circumstance of depays saved shot makes the entire decision based on mikes hypothetical reach, in which case it is subjective and in which case they should have at least looked at it on field. Any way you look at it it’s terrible officiating at best a robbed goal at worst.
