Pep obviously just loves football no matter whos playing . Its brilliant that he feels a duty to tell another footballer not to waste his talent .
I love how animated Pep is. Shows how much passion he has for seeing footballers achieve their potential.
It’s hard to believe that he’s not in the middle of an angry outburst, but that’s just how he conveys his emotions I guess!
Fair play to him too for calling Redmond afterwards.
I only just realised that Redmond is now at Besiktas. What happened to him?
He wants to develop good players from other teams he wants them to be good and score against Man city so the sheikh can buy them and bring them for him to develop them more.
Pepe would have signed him if he was consistent. Sometimes managers give wrong instructions.
If that's how Guardiola compliments people, imagine what he's like when paying someone an insult.
My manager <3
Great interview and lovely guy.
Comment section is always the best, you just know there will be a nice soul helpful… Read the heading and head to comment section simple

Only with us for a brief spell but an absolute Blues legend. Fond memories. Always wanted him back.
Great lad
His really under rated a good team like Arsenal could do with him for a decent amount
He's one of our own. SOTV
Twice the player Jesse Lingard is and around the same age
Always felt that Redmond is a quality player but needs to add more goals + assists to his game for most to reconise it
Sounds like Kyle walker
never signed him though lol
People really don't get this. Guardiola did this for a reason! To benefit his own team, managers instruct players to follow a plan against Guardiolas teams, Pep was ranting at Redmond cos he wanted him to express himself which would obviously leave gaps and make it easier for City.
Its like before the 2011 Champions league final he told his players to say how afraid they were of Javier Hernandez so united would play him knowing he's just a goal poacher and offers nothing defensively.
Peps a winner everything he does is to benefit his teams.
I can never remember the name of this presenter but he is a proper bellend
Nathan Redmond should be playing for a better team
Pep just pissed at Southampton parking the bus, he probably expected an easier game. He’s always pissed when teams do that
It’s nice to see a footballer who seems down to earth and just answers the questions without an ego
always thought he's a player who could play at top level club (no offence to southampton who are a great club too)
He’s still only 26, still got a move or 2 in him
Redmond to City. Quality squad player.
What a great guy. Lovely man.
I thought the story was in the season before he attacked. But in that game he was defensive so pep was like why are you not attacking, use your gift. And redmond was saying those were his orders and pep saying you must express yourself
Everybody’s role model is king henry.🔴⚪️
Amd mufc will probably buy him after this
Part of the world, not so good on geography.
Realistically how rich is a player like redmond? Trying to work it out compared to like a tv celeb or musician. Hes not top of the football high earners but still curious how well off
If he was really good, he could've got every young English players dream – watching city from the bench
Oiernai channel a new YouTube channel
Redderssssss
In the last few months before the virus, I thought Nathan was showing the best form of any English midfielder. I'd be happy if he signed for my team, Leicester.
This man has the audacity to put Jesse Lingard in the same category as Rashford, Sterling and Sancho
That actor Per Guardiola. Can't stand that fraud.
This mans making 3.1 million a year and he says "surviving" and "in the same boat as everyone else"…
Sit down nobody talks 😂
If he’d have pushed harder, he could have got a move to city’s bench
Sky Sports manages to get Pep's name in every video title.
13:00 right at the end he asked about the pep incident. I don't remember Guardiola coaching this team?
Norfolk lol
I was with him when I was a mascots as a boy for Norwich and he was such a nice and genuine guy
Pep coaching the opposition ha.
He sounds like Kyle Walker
what a polite young man….bravo
Nathan Redmond reveals what Pep Guardiola told him in their on the pitch incident: 12:57
13:40 He failed Pep's audition 😉
