  1. Hi coach.I’m 25 and currently an assistant coach at the high school level. I have my bachelors in physical education and a master in sports management. I went to italy with a program that I got my master overseas and played soccer over there by professional coaches and played alongside division one players. I played high school and division 3. I also coach club soccer for a u14 boys team (practices and games) and also fill in for my boss at other age levels. For the time being i’m looking for a physical education job. I have my D license and I am enrolled to take the C course this summer. Everyone tells me the only way to get in the door is being a grad assistant. Being that i already have my masters, how else could i transition to the college game? I plan to stay teaching for a few years and become a head coach of a high school program and then possibly by the time I am a little older and have my B license look to move to the college game. Thoughts?

  2. Very true and very important what you said about the pre pre season at the end of the video.. I was 19 and I was trying to prove myself in a new club and I prepared myself far before the season starts and what's happened I was flying in the pre season friendly games and when the season started I was tired and heavy and I lost my place in the first 11…So it's very important to not overwork your body and just stay in a good shape and ready for the real pre season with your team.
Very good content on this channel keep going like this⚽✅👍🙌
    All the best

  3. Javi, pretty good job in voice over explanation about your philosophy to football training of players. Thought you were clear and transparent ( as seen in other videos you do) I agree with you about less is more . I like to say keep it simple, keep it Functional to the game . As simple as 1v1, 2v2 ect. Don’t need a lot of space to be successful.

  4. Georgie's story is really inspiring to myself! I've also had to have ankle ligament surgery and it's great to know someone else out there is also working hard to overcome setbacks!

  5. Got a little idea for you guys. I'm sure everyone likes friendly competition. So how about a 2 v 2 in drills and shooting games. Make it even with georgie, kit man moy, yourself plus 1. Plus a friendly wager.

  6. Love the videos. Last night I played with some national/ex footballers to try and guage the level I am now and where I want to be in the next few months. My performance has decreased a lot and I got tired faster than usual.
Really gave to thank you for these sessions. Majority of them I do alone and I can honestly say it's been helping me get back to the level I was at really quickly.

  7. Coach thanks so much for all of your amazing videos. I play for ODP in nj and I really wanna
improve myself bc now I’m at a higher level. If you see this pls keep uploading these individual training vids
