Croatia and Morocco met in the group stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Croatia displayed strong defense early on, but struggled to find the net in the early minutes of the first half. On the other hand, Morocco fired off numerous shots and impressed with their strong defensive line against the 2018 World Cup runner-ups. Croatia and Morocco were tied at 0-0 at the half. In the 64th minute, Morroco’s Achraf Hakimi fired a free kick from outside the box for one of their closet chances yet, but Croatia’s Dominik Livakovic was able to bat it away to hold the score. Both teams would draw at 0-0.
