  1. Salah has 332 goals/assists in 7.5 seasons.

Henry had 324 goals/assists in 8 seasons for arsenal (ignoring his 2nd spell loan season to make this comparison more fair)

That really sums up how salah is in the conversation of new goat debate. Some henry fans here were commenting that salah can't be compared to henry because of "eye test". what on earth is this subjective eye test? Can we say neymar, hazard is better than henry?

If everything goes right….by the end of this season salah will have 2 pl titles (same as henry), 3 pfa player of the year (same as henry), 3 fwa footballer of the year (same as henry), 4 golden boot (same as henry)! So by the end of 8 seasons salah and henry will have the same no. of pl titles and awards! The only thing differentiating them is goals/assists and salah have them more. So logically speaking, salah will be the new goat after this season if salah ends up with the same no. of titles and awards. Salah is also better in big matches as he has the 2nd most g/a against big 6 teams and he won a ucl too (and could've won another if he wasn't injured by ramos) whereas henry's ucl stats are horrible by his standard.

  2. Giggs 13 titles doesn’t mean he’s the best player of all time in the PL he’s not even a top 3 winger all time. Charles saying he’s only won 1 title then don’t give me Henry cause he only won 2 and had to join Barcelona to win the CL.

  3. Salah took 26,633 minutes to reach 200 goals, the fastest of any Liverpool player to reach a double century. He is the first player in Premier League history to score 10 goals and make 10 assists in 4 consecutive seasons. Salah netted 32 league goals in 2017/18, beating Ronaldo and Suarez's record for most goals in a 38-game Premier League season (only Haaland has more). Salah has won 6 Player of the Month Awards in total, the most of any currently active Premier League player. In October 2021, he became the first opposition player to score a Premier League hat-trick against Manchester United at Old Trafford. He is the first player in Premier League history to reach double figures for goals and assists before 25th of December. He has the fastest hattrick in UCL history. Salah is the highest-scoring African player in Premier League history. He has the most left footed goals in PL history. Salah is the EPL topscorer and assister this season. 16 games, 15 goals and 11 assists. 30+ G/A every single season since joining Liverpool. Currently most assists in this UCL season. He is 12 goals away from the top 5 PL goalscorers of all time. 10th all time assists, tied with Beckham. He passed Billy Liddell and moves up to the 4th spot in Liverpool's all time goalscorers. His record against the big 6 is absolutely ridiculous, 84 G/A against the big 6. Physically and mentally wise, he's on the same level as Ronaldo. He is 32 years old and looks as fit as ever. Incredible workrate, insane output of passes and goals, trivela's and vision like its nothing, body feints, being able to dribble multiple guys and create goals out of nothing and he rarely wants to see the ball going backwards, he only moves forward to the opponent's goal, tries to stay on his feet and wants to motivate the rest of the team. One thing Hazard was known for was his physical abilities, especially that trick with his leg. Salah is actually also known for his physical ability and his balance. There is no other winger (except for Vini, Saka and Raphina perhaps) who will produce what he produces for his club. The most amazing stat is that he's currently beating his version from the 17/18 season. He's writing history. He's beating his version from the season where he peaked the most. Extend the contract.
