After Atlanta and Minnesota United MLS should only give expansion teams to cities and most importantly owners that are ready to competitively field winning teams. That's how MLS gets better by bringing in more talented players and that should raise the bar instantly. Imagine having one LAFC a year join MLS that would be dope.
