That is laughable. Do you watch the Qatar Stars League. Sure, the foreigners are actually pretty good but the domestic players would not even make it on Toronto FC's roster (sorry to all the TFC fans).
Also Mexico has the best league outside Europe and in NA. I am not afraid to admit that.
