Michael Vick On Why Eagles HATED Chip Kelly

Michael Vick explains why Chip Kelly was not welcomed at the Philadelphia Eagles when he took the head coaching role in 2013. Vick says the team had developed a strong connection to previous coach Andy Reid and a lot of players were upset at the decision to let him go. Vick says this resulted in some younger players being naturally disruptive and rebellious towards Kelly. #shorts #football #nfl #philadelphia #eagles #philadelphiaeagles #andyreid #kansascitychiefs #chipkelly

  1. I hate to say this, but Philly fans are greedy. I remember when they used to trash coach Reid because he didn’t win a Super Bowl. Absolutely ridiculous, narcissistic view of the world. I’m a Cleveland Browns fan….. I have all the right to say this. You’re spoiled. Lol

  2. I think Vick was being diplomatic here. They loved Reid and Kelly was nothing like Reid. Another good coach can step in and win over the team… Chip didn't win over the team.

  3. I never knew that Vick was so illiterate. The first 30 seconds of this used a lot of words but said almost nothing.
What the hell was he even trying to say?

  4. I respect and understand Michael Vick’s take on it. But, I do believe the actions of Chip Kelly and the disloyalty felt on the team was the downfall of the Eagles. Not only did the “No Huddle” offense all season not work, but the players let go/traded for replacements who went to Oregon showed the true nature of Chip Kelly. Go Birds 🦅 🟩
