  1. What a tease showing Sounders in the intro and not addressing any of the bad reffing (against both teams!) in that game. I get this channel can’t trash refs repeatedly, but… sigh.

  2. Absolutely disgusting that you can't cover Sea-Por, of of the poorest ref jobs this year by far. You even used a tiny clip for the intro. Unbelievable.

  3. Hard to believe no Sounders – Timbers review. Actually I do understand. There wasn’t enough time in Wiebe’s little show to devote to all the CRAP the ref spread around on the field.

  4. 1:18 Atlanta player deflects the ball away as McGuire shoots through and upwards. 🤔Only bright spot is NYC lost, if they won Orlando would be 5th and not 4th.

  5. I can't wait for PRO to try and explain the RSL PK decision. Also, if those 2 waived goals due to handballs don't change another rule change, then something is wrong. Both of those were bang-bang plays, arms were tight against the body in natural positions, and there is literally nothing they could have done differently.

  6. In the Minnesota-St Louis game, there is also the question of where the contact was initiated. It seems to have started just outside the box, another reason no penalty was the right call.

  7. MLS, I'm begging you, make this show a two hander again. It's way, way more interesting when Wiebe is making this a conversation with someone rather than just replaying the footage. Get some more voices on here.

And bring back MLS Review while we're at it. I used to watch that every single week, and it REALLY helped me keep track of the storylines going on around the league. These days I have no idea whats going on out in the western conference

  8. Directly falls when the ball literally gets blocked. Directly would be if it dropped to his feet off of his hand and then he scored. Otherwise we're using the word directly to mean indirectly.

  9. 1) You can't say from that angle that it doesn't hit McGuire's chest/stomach (which are further ahead) and not his hand with absolute certainty.
    2) The defender blocks the essentially first attempt with the chest/stomach/hand and without this it would be impossible for McGuire to get the ball which means that McGuire doesn't score directly after the handball (if there is one) which is clearly stated in black and white in the laws has to be the case

So we don't know if it hit his hand and he didn't score directly off it if he did, the on field decision was a goal so there is not clear proof that that was the wrong call. Also the Atlanta players had a much better view and not one of them called for a handball even though without it they wouldn't make the playoffs.

  10. That is not a foul on Yoshida, the pokes the ball and the foot gets stepped on, yes, but that happens literally multiple times every game, it’s super super soft, and especially in the lead up to a goal you have to have some common sense and not take goals away for that way back in the lead up. It’s common sense

  11. PRO is too embarrassed to admit they sent a ref to the seattle v portland game. My wife, who doesn't know all the rules, could've managed a better game than ismir pekmic. -One name any mls team should be warry of.
