I didn’t think he would have a big a World Cup as he did this time around at 39, but that is just who he is. He has nothing left to prove and i think part of moving on to the next phase of one’s life is knowing when to bow out gracefully. My hope is he does and leaves us with the memories of his brilliance.

Low-key I was hoping that I would see a back to back World Cup champion in my lifetime🤦🏾♀️ Messi was so close to doing it like he was literally right there. In my opinion the game was TRASH!!! it was very boring and ironically the 3rd place game was wayyyy more exciting to say the least than this final match. I guess I am going to have to wait and see if Spain can go back to back no team has done it in sometime.
