  1. There is a reason some call the area around the D the "Messi Zone".
He doesn't need to fully look at the goal.
When he gets to that "zone", he already knows where the goalpost is.

  2. Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients (makes one 8×8 in / 20×20 cm pan)

    170 g (¾ cup) unsalted butter

    200 g (1 cup) granulated sugar

    100 g (½ cup) light brown sugar

    3 large eggs

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    75 g (¾ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder

    95 g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour

    ½ tsp salt

100 g (⅔ cup) dark chocolate, chopped (optional)

    100 g (¾ cup) chocolate chips (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 in (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

    2. Melt the butter and whisk it with both sugars until smooth.

    3. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

    4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.

    5. Fold in chopped chocolate and chocolate chips if using.

    6. Spread batter into the pan and smooth the top.

    7. Bake for 28–34 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

    8. Cool completely before slicing for cleaner squares.
