  1. Just watched highlights from cr7 and messi and if you actually think cr7 is better, you dont know football at all 😅 Messi is a genius and has saved my Stake punts for what feels like an eternity already 🙏 even though hes tiny compared to most players, he sticks to the ball and gets past defenders like they're not even there, hes the best to ever do it 🐐

  2. That Messi smile every time he scores against MLS defense.. . it's basically college level soccer. Age is the only difference. I think he just wants to keep scoring and keep marketing machine rolling. Miami as a team is secondary.

  3. Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta in the midfield, Messi in the front. All regarded as true football geniuses. They were part of the greatest team ever assembled. Busquets is old now but he can do passes like that in his sleep, do not be shocked, that is 1% of his ability

  4. Messi could not pass but intentionally goes to shoot at the right side. So that even if goalkeeper saves or rebounds from post, the other striker can slot it in. Teamplayer. This man is beyond.

  5. Even if they are on the older side, it should not be a shock that dragging and dropping 4 of the best Barcelona players of all time into the same MLS squad yields these kinds of results

As a thought experiment, imagine Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Paul Scholes, Patrice Evra and Cristiano Ronaldo all joined the same MLS team in their 30s

How impressed would you be that they stomped MLS?
