This is hilarious. CONCACAF is embarrassing. The guy reaches down and stops the ball with his hand.
He could have merely glanced the ball and rolled on his shoulder, but he made ZERO attempt to not handle the ball. The fact that his knee was already down and he was clearly trying to shield the ball while on his knees means IT IS A PENALTY KICK. He even went so far as to attempt to shield the ball while on his knees after he handled the ball FOR A FULL SECOND. He knew he was busted. No one would have been shocked if it was a PK given at that moment.
When I used to play soccer I put my hands on the ball because it was going for my face that fall was natural it wasn’t not intentional like mine
