These people are stupid. What do you need another QB to come in when you have the right guy right now. If you draft another QB in the first round you are going to have to pay him. They could be wasting money again when he does not work out. It crazy. He went against the number one draft pick and out shined him.
All of their failures are home grown. Unfortunately, not all teams or coaches are capable of developing or recognizing an above average quarterback. I watched Josh play at Wyoming in person and saw him willing his performance at the next level. No change and they took a big chance = Win. I thought it would be the same after watching Shedeur at Colorado, in person. But then the draft fall was disheartening. I liked his football and was actually looking forward to him at the next level. That didn't happen so I guess the NFL has enough money to lose an investment rather than take one based on past performance. I am back to forgetting about NFL Sunday most Sundays. I still watch Josh. I did like this performance and Shedeur's growth, Lose = Outcoached.

This is a weak QB draft anyway and if you know talent and the eye test you got your QB already build around 12 in the draft with O-lineman and Wr . During the 1st 2-point conversion attempt, would you be willing to kick the extra point? Now, you're down only 7 points. After Shedeur Sanders scored the final TD in the half, I would have kicked another extra point to send the game into overtime. Next, just because he fumbled the snap during the first attempt doesn't mean he'll do the same the second time. Also, if he didn't fumble the snap and you still didn't get it, then you'll still be down 2 points at the end of the game. At least, I would have my QB1 on the damn field running the play if we decide to go for it during regulation. Just give the kid a chance to redeem himself because you wouldn't even be in a position to tie the game without Shedeur Sanders. In short, it was an idiotic play call by Kevin Stefanski, and if I'm going for 2 points, I want my Shedeur Sanders in the game running the offense. If you're going to develop a QB, then put him in these teachable moments where he's getting live reps.

While Dillon was starting some of the most painful Cleveland browns games of all time for a fan base used to watching horrible QB play…..He was ROTTEN. The fact that Stefanski watched Dillon in practice and thought that bullshit was going to work in a real NFL game is a fucking joke, and reason #1 in everyone's minds Stefanski will never win a Super Bowl, we all saw him excited when Dillon got picked, and depressed when a REAL NFL QB got drafted to his team….what a moron!!! Get him out of there!!!! Mary K is blind as a bat as well…WHY WASNT SHE going against Stefanski and being real about what she was seeing?!?!? Mary K was a sellout this year.

The Browns are absolutely stupid if they draft a QB. They have an amazing quarterback in Shedeur Sanders who just needs protection and a good receiver. They also have Dillon Gabriel, who is also a good QB when he has protection. That's why he was so good at Oregon. The Browns need to draft O-linemen and receivers, but they AND the Cleveland media are stuck on the idea of a QB being Superman with the ability to cure all of their problems. It's pure idiocy.
