This is the THIRD world cup missed. That's not Gattuso's problem. He only has one loss. Italy had been garbage long before he showed up
Italy didn’t just miss the World Cup once or twice, at this point it’s becoming a pattern, and honestly it’s not just the coach. Blaming one person is too easy, the problem goes much deeper than that, it’s the system, player development, federation decisions, the mentality… everything.
A country with this history, this passion, and four stars on the badge should never be in this position, and it’s frustrating to watch.
It’s time to rebuild everything from the ground up, not just change the coach and pretend that fixes it.

Gattuso did great for our Croatian League Hajduk Split but Italy have a bigger problem then just the top… they dont develop new talent and their League has more foreign players than Italian. They also need to adapt their play style from that rough defense style of play where theyd get carded now
