Carlos will make a difference but I doubt he will be a long term one cos United's Youngsters project is not up to scratch so far. We depend on Fernandez for god sake/a very much above average player. There isn't even one Youngster who can convince managers that balls should pass through him. So Ancheloti and Enrique will fix the team for sure as it is but if the club doesn't do its job no one will be successful long term.

As a United fan all my life i have to say we are crazy if we think any big manager will come in under the title of Head Coach rather than Manager….The board have really messed up now cause anyone they offer the job to will see that they would have zero control and wouldn't want the job because of this.
