  1. oil money is always dirty money…..and they lied, and cheated and remember this is tax fraud as well. UEFA made the rules and they can be judge and jury. So please ,they deserve this ban.

  2. Any capping of spending at a self funded club is surely restriction of trade?… Some very jealous clubs out their determined not to let any (lesser) club prosper..ctid

  3. oh look its a criminal that defrauded every fan of every club from a fair competition. City have cheated us all. Every player and fan of every club. This guy is a liar. Check out the half empty stands, where is the money coming from? Their real books got hacked and they are still trying to foist off their cooked books as true. Jog on criminal.

  4. This is building up to be a proper legal circus… In practical terms, I reckon UEFA's ban will have to be suspended while the appeal is handled.
Since state-owned Citeh and the City Football Group holding company of which they are part are wealthier than UEFA, it is also not unthinkable that they will retain the best lawyers money can buy and prevail in court. Fascinating months ahead…

  5. city: overrich unlimited oil money club
    uefa: no money organization
conclusion: ban city from ucl is the correct way to get the fresh money freely & "legally". this is cycling as the next after juventus's ban few years ago. Cycle for fill the uefa's wallet. who will be the next?

  6. I don't have a position on this ban until a ruling and all the proper information is provided. I understand why people are mad at City in a case such as this cause in 2014 they were hit with a similar fine as this so knowing that I can see City doing the same againbut on the other hand don't UEFA have an agenda against super clubs such as PSG and City? So if that's the case that makes me unsure about UEFA's ruling cause it be due to prejudice. Also City seem to have been prepared for such a ruling and their assuredness that the ban will be overturned also makes me believe that they have the right legal information. At the end of the day as a general football fan I would suggest we wait till the CAS ruling to see the outcome because then we know who is the right party.
