As utd fans, we have seen this before in preseason. We will have to wait for the league to start to know if anything has really changed.. I think we will still struggle in midfield but we have some more consistent performers up top and that will make a difference for us in some games, imo
I don't expect us to really show signs of being well drilled and being well coached in a fluent manner for a couple of months. It'll probably be an up and down season, but hopefully the fitness levels and the added time for training will yield dividends over the course of the season.

Ruben never had a pre season or any time to work with the players and shape the team. He inherited the worst group of players in the club’s history which had already collapsed and quit under ETH… And fans were actually blaming his ‘tactics’ which is just madness. The deadwood is going, new players are coming in and the man deserves this season to show what he can do with the right tools… But a striker and GK is essential.
