    Hear me out, they should have the trophies removed and have to pay the teams that lost trophies to them the difference prize money. I think it seems fair, they get to stay good but are punished for what they did.

    • points deductions for all seasons involved.
    • automatic relegation to the Championship
    • banned from Europe for “X” years (how many years they’re guilty for = X)

    if it’s 2025 verdict,
    Championship should do 1-2-3 auto promotion with the playoff being the one to replace Man City😅

    If they prove these charges there will be a large punishment. Nottingham forest lost 4 points for a small time gap between being ffp compliant and not with the sale of brendan johnson going through too late. Their initial charge from uefa was 2 years and 30m. If they prove the charges, they will be banned from europe and I think they need to be relegated. Deducting points will allow them to stay up. Problem is, their potential cheating would have damaged a lot of other clubs. Potentially huge fines with a large point deduction might be an option. This way they can use their revenue to pay back the clubs they damaged.

    They will get a slap on the wrist and that's it the Premier doesn't want to hurt their financial gain by penalizing City they'll just pick on club's like Everton, Forrest, & Leicester to prove they are upholding the " laws "

    The minimum should be Relegation down to Division 2. They need to be removed from top tier football for at least three years or more to force a regime change and to rebuild their team from scratch under fair play rules.

    This needs to happen ASAP as their trophy haul and records are leaving an irrevocable controversy blemishing the English football history forever.
